The ICE Network brings together tech founders, investors and leaders who back one another through the highs, opportunities and harder parts of building.
This October, we’re taking the community to Bonjuk Bay, a hidden stretch of the Turkish coast surrounded by nature and accessible only by boat.
For four days, 80 people will have exclusive use of the entire bay. Time to swim, eat, talk, think and spend proper time together away from packed diaries and everyday distractions.
Bonjuk is known for hosting extraordinary gatherings of creatives, founders and future-makers. Their line is “Where magic happens”. It feels particularly fitting for this trip.

The conversations that matter rarely happen on a stage. They happen over breakfast, on a swim, walking back from dinner or sitting together with nowhere else to be.
Four days in one place gives people time to move beyond introductions and have the conversations they rarely find time for elsewhere.

Where you’ll be staying
Bonjuk Bay sits directly on the Aegean coast near Marmaris, with hand-finished stone buildings, natural wood and pine forest leading straight to a private pebble bay.
Partners stay in the sea-front rooms, simple and comfortable spaces only a few steps from the water and close to the main gathering areas.
Every room is steps from the water and includes a private bathroom and air conditioning.
